Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 item
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- stock or water - 3 c
- other spices to taste - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Fry meat with onion in small amount olive oil. Drain. Then add tomatoes, salt and pepper and any other spices. Boil 1 minute. Add tomato paste and stock. Simmer 1 hour. Add small handful sugar.
