Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- clove garlic - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- grated Parmesan - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1 c
- lasagna noodles - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- red cooking wine - 1/2 c
- Mozzarella slices - 1 lb
- shredded Mozzarella for top - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Heat oil. Saute onion and garlic. Stir in beef and cook until brown. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Stir frequently. Layer sauce, noodles and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
