Spaghetti casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1/3 c
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- tomatoes, cut up - 1 c
- box spaghetti - 1 item
How to make spaghetti casserole:
Boil and drain spaghetti. Mix with butter, eggs and Parmesan. Press into a casserole dish. Spread with cottage and Mozzarella cheeses. Cook beef, onion and green pepper. Drain. To meat mixture, add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Cook until blended. Pour on top of spaghetti. Bake 20 minutes, uncovered, at 350°.
