Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted flour - 2 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
How to make sour cream muffins:
Beat egg and sour cream until light and fluffy. Add melted butter. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Add to egg mixture with milk. Stir only until dry ingredients are dampened. Fill 12 greased muffin tins one half full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, < 30 mins, Rolls/biscuits.
