Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 2 lb
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- can green chilies - 1 item
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Fry hamburger and onion. Heat sour cream, mushroom soup, evaporated milk and cheese; when blended, add green chilies. Fry tortillas until soft in small amount of oil. Roll hamburger in tortillas and place in baking dish. Pour sauce over; heat at 350° until bubbly, about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Main dish.
