Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 2 lb
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 4 item
  • bunches green onions, chopped - 3 item
  • hamburger, cooked - 2 lb
  • Longhorn cheese - 1 or
  • corn or flour tortillas - 4 5
  • small cans green chilies or 2 large cans mild - 4 item

How to make sour cream enchiladas:

Mix soup, sour cream, chopped green onions, chilies, 1 to 1 1/2 cups of Longhorn cheese and hamburger. Set aside.

Heat tortillas in skillet or best heated in microwave. Put about a tablespoon of filling in warm tortillas. Roll. Put in baking dish side by side. Spread some of the creamy filling over the top of each pan. Put Longhorn cheese on top of these. Bake at 325° until heated thoroughly.

When heating in microwave, put 12 or so on plate and cover with paper towel. Warm just enough to be pliable.
