Cream tacos
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- cooked chicken, cubed - 1 to
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 3/4
- sliced green onion optional - 1/2 c
- can diced green chiles - 1 oz
- corn or flour tortillas - 1 doz
How to make cream tacos:
If using corn tortillas, soften in hot oil; drain on paper towels. Mix together chicken, cheese, green chiles and onion. Fill tortillas with mixture and roll. Place seam side down in baking dish. Mix together the soup, sour cream and milk. Pour over filled tortillas. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, North american, Mexican.
