Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- medium tomato - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- shredded cheese - 1/2 c
- can green chilies - 1 oz
- or 5 drops Tabasco - 4 item
How to make frittata:
In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, brown onion in butter. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Stir in rice, tomato and green chilies. Pour in skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low heat. Cook until top is set (12 to 15 minutes). Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.A great meal any time of day!
