Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- finely chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- softened butter - 1/2 c
- Combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream together the sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Add sour cream.Topping:2 Tbsp. soft butter1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. finely chopped pecans Pour 1/2 of batter into tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 topping.
