Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine
- white sugar - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Butter-Sugar Mix:2 Tbsp. butter or margarine1/4 c. white sugar1/4 c. brown sugar2 tsp. cinnamon Cream together the margarine and sugar; add eggs and sour cream. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla. Add this to the creamed mixture and mix well.Use a greased tube pan. Put half of batter in pan, then half of butter-sugar mixture; swirl with a knife. Add remaining batter, then the rest of the sugar mixture on top and swirl with a knife. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
