Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
How to make sour cream blueberry coffee cake:
Batter:1/3 c. margarine3/4 c. sugar8 oz. sour cream2 eggs1/2 tsp. vanilla1 3/4 c. flour2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. soda1/4 tsp. salt Mix Streusel ingredients. Reserve for topping.Combine batter ingredients. Beat 5 minutes.
Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan. Pour in batter. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups blueberries on top of batter. Top with streusel. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
