Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 3 Tbsp
- sour cream
- butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- soda
- baking powder
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Nut Mixture:1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon3 Tbsp. granulated sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix together first 5 ingredients. Sift dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture and beat well. Grease angel food cake pan. Pour 1/2 batter into pan; top with 1/2 nut mixture and add remaining batter and top with rest of nut mixture.
