Sour cream and dill chicken
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- to 10 pieces chicken - 8 item
- cooked wide egg noodles optional - 1 item
- fresh dill, chopped or 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
How to make sour cream and dill chicken:
Place chicken in single layers in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with pepper. Combine soup mix, sour cream, lemon juice, dill and mushrooms. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until tender. Serve over noodles.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
