Chicken salad croissants
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion flakes - 1/2 Tbsp
- lemon pepper - 1/4 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- diced, cooked chicken - 3/4 c
- alfalfa sprouts - 1 item
- croissants, split - 4 item
- drained, crushed pineapple tidbits - 1 c
- chopped cashews or walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make chicken salad croissants:
Toss together the chicken, celery and pineapple. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion flakes, seasoned salt and lemon pepper. Stir into chicken mixture along with nuts, if desired. Mound on croissant and top with alfalfa sprouts. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Chicken, Sandwich.
