  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped nuts - 1 c
  • steak sauce - 2 tsp
  • assorted crackers - 1 item
  • shredded smoky Cheddar cheese - 2 c

How to make smoky cheese ball:

In a mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, softened butter, milk and steak sauce. Beat mixture with electric mixer until fluffy. Chill slightly; shape into a ball. Place chopped nuts on waxed paper; gently roll cheese ball over nuts to coat. Serve with crackers. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
