Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- steak sauce - 2 tsp
- assorted crackers - 1 item
- shredded smoky Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make smoky cheese ball:
In a mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, softened butter, milk and steak sauce. Beat mixture with electric mixer until fluffy. Chill slightly; shape into a ball. Place chopped nuts on waxed paper; gently roll cheese ball over nuts to coat. Serve with crackers. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Spreads.
