Ingredients/Components

  • milk
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • ground beef, browned and drained - 1 1/2
  • sesame seeds
  • biscuit baking mix
  • can sloppy joe sauce - 1 oz

How to make sloppy joe under a bun:

Brown and drain ground beef. Stir in Sloppy Joe sauce. Mix well. Transfer to 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese. In bowl combine biscuit mix, eggs and milk until well blended. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake uncovered at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
