Sliced baked potatoes

- melted butter - 2 3
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium even potatoes - 4 item
- chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, thyme, sage or dried herbs of your choice - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425°. Peel potatoes if the skin is tough, otherwise just scrub and rinse them. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Put potatoes in a baking dish. Fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake potatoes for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside. Check with a fork.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
