Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 12 item
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- Chablis - 4 oz
- pod garlic - 1 item
- Creole mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Cajun seasoning - 1 tsp
How to make shrimp pasta:
In saute pan, melt butter; add garlic. Add wine and mustard. Add shrimp; cook until they curl. Remove shrimp to warm plate. Add whipping cream and Cajun seasoning. To liquid in pan, add cream; reduce by 1/3. Add Parmesan cheese; stir until melted. Serve over linguine noodles.Recipe categories: Pasta, Shellfish, Shrimp.
