Shrimp pasta
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- heavy cream - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 3 Tbsp
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- drops Tabasco - 2 item
- raw shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1/2 lb
- pepper as needed - 1 item
How to make shrimp pasta:
Saute shrimp in butter, 5 minutes. Cut into chunks. Set aside. Heat oil and toss in spaghetti, cheese, pepper and Tabasco. Add cream and simmer. Add sauteed shrimp. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Pasta, Shellfish, Shrimp.
