Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- softened cream cheese - 1/2 lb
- gelatine Knox
- small cans shrimp, deveined and chopped - 3 item
How to make shrimp mold:
Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Combine soup, cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in celery, onions and shrimp, then gelatine mixture. Pour into glass or plastic mold and chill until set. (Metal molds may discolor shellfish/mayo mixtures.)
