Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • water - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • Knox unflavored gelatine - 1 pkg
  • small cans drained shrimp - 2 item

How to make shrimp mold:

Heat soup (do not add any milk or water). Mix gelatine with water and stir into soup. While hot, add other ingredients, shrimp last. Pour into mold. Chill overnight. Unmold and serve with crackers.
