Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 6 oz
  • water - 1/2 c
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • celery, chopped - 3/4 c
  • Knox gelatine
  • mayo - 1 c
  • shrimp, peeled and deveined - 16 oz
  • green onion, chopped - 3/4 c

How to make shrimp mold:

Cut cheese in cubes. Stir tomato soup and cheese together over low flame until blended. Remove from fire. Dissolve gelatine in water. Add mixture to soup mixture in large bowl. Mix together. Refrigerate two hours. After 2 hours, add celery, onion and shrimp to soup mixture. Add mayo. Mix well. Put in mold. Spread evenly. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
