Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- water - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- unflavored gelatin - 1 pkg
- shrimp, cooked - 8 oz
How to make shrimp mousse:
Combine the gelatin and water; bring to a boil. Gently beat cream cheese and soup until blended. Add gelatin to soup mixture and blend well. Add all the remaining ingredients. Place in a gelatin mold and chill for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Shrimp.
