Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 2 tsp
- skim milk - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- diced celery - 2 oz
- cooked, diced potatoes - 4 oz
How to make shrimp chowder:
Combine shrimp, celery and onion in a saucepan with enough water to cover (1 cup). Simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender. Add potatoes, milk and margarine. Heat; season to taste and serve.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Shrimp, Chowders.
