- Parkay margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dry white wine - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/3 c
- celery slices - 1/2 c
- cubed cooked potato
How to make shrimp chowder:
Saut?© celery and onions in margarine. Add cream cheese and milk; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Makes approximately four 1-cup servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Shrimp, Chowders.
