Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 3 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- chopped fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- medium size fresh shrimp - 1 lb
How to make shrimp cheese ball:
Bring water to boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Chill, then peel shrimp and chop. Combine cream cheese, shrimp, horseradish, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke and salt; mix well. Shape into a ball and chill.
