- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1 lb
- cornstarch - 1 c
- icing sugar - 1 c
How to make shortbread:
Mix ingredients really well; add butter. Knead well until the dough is very smooth. Leave for few hours or overnight, wrapped in plastic before baking. Bake at 350° to 300° until delicate brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, English.
