Shortbread cookies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- soft margarine - 1/2 c
How to make shortbread cookies:
Mix flour and sugar together. Mix butter in mixture. Add vanilla. Form into small balls and place on cookie sheet a few inches apart. With fork, take and press the top of cookies, making a crisscross pattern. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
