Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small can pork and beans - 1 item
- layers sliced potatoes - 3 item
- grated american or cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- to 3/4 can condensed tomato soup - 1/2 item
How to make shipwreck casserole:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ground beef in baking dish. Over the meat sprinkle layer of onions, 3 layers of potatoes, salt, pepper, cheese, pork and beans, and tomato soup. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
