Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- celery, diced
- small onion - 1 item
- kidney beans - 2 c
- large or 2 medium potatoes, sliced - 1 item
- parsley, salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make shipwreck casserole:
Brown meat. Place layers of potatoes, onions, celery and beans in a large buttered casserole. Add meat and seasonings. Pour tomato soup over all. Cover and bake at 275° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Carrots are also good in this.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
