Seasoned potato wedges
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- sour cream
- all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- chopped fresh chives - 2 Tbsp
- slices crisply cooked bacon - 8 item
- large baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges - 3 item
How to make seasoned potato wedges:
Dip:1 (16 oz.) sour cream8 slices crisply cooked bacon1/2 tsp. garlic powder2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives Heat oven to 400°. In 9-inch pie pan, stir together flour, Parmesan cheese and paprika. Dip potatoes into milk, then coat with flour mixture. Place on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Drizzle potatoes with butter. Bake, turning potatoes over after half the time, for 45 to 50 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender and browned.Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together all dip ingredients. Serve hot potatoes with dip. Yields 6 servings. Scrumptious!
