Ingredients/Components
- can shrimp - 1 1/2
- cream cheese soft - 1 (8
- jar pimento - 1 oz
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- onions, chopped - 2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- can crab meat, rinsed and drained - 1 1/2
- cooked rice - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- crushed crackers - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make seafood casserole:
Saute onions, celery and green pepper in margarine. Add pimento, soup and cream cheese. Heat slowly until blended. Add rice, shrimp and crab meat. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
