Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 2 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cornstarch
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • American cheese slices - 16 oz

How to make seafood au gratin:

Let thicken. Pour into casserole dish over seafood (I use 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat and 1 1/2 pounds boiled and peeled shrimp). Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 15 minutes until bubbly.

Note: You may substitute your own choice of seafood.
