Seafood au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- American cheese slices - 16 oz
How to make seafood au gratin:
Let thicken. Pour into casserole dish over seafood (I use 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat and 1 1/2 pounds boiled and peeled shrimp). Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 15 minutes until bubbly.Note: You may substitute your own choice of seafood.
