Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 lb
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- boiling water - 1 c
- pecan halves - 3 c
How to make caramel pecans:
Mix sugar, water, butter and salt. Come to a boil without stirring. When mixture has reached the rolling ball stage, drop in pecans and continue to cook until when a few drops are dropped into a cup of cold water and a hard balls is formed.
