Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- buttered bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- cooked seafood shrimp, lobster, crab, white fish or any combination of these - 2 c
How to make seafood au gratin:
In a 1-quart casserole stir soup until smooth. Gradually add milk. Mix in seafood and parsley. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Yields 3 to 4 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Shrimp.
