- medium onion - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 10 item
- corn flakes, crushed - 1 c
- can celery soup - 1 item
- Colby cheese - 1 lb
- stick margarine 1/2 stick for onion and 1/2 for corn flakes - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Melt margarine in skillet. Cook potatoes in jacket; peel and grate. Chop onion and cook in butter. Mix potatoes, onion, sour cream, cheese and soup together. Put in pan and put buttered corn flakes on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Allow 1 hour preparation time.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
