Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- potatoes, peeled and sliced thin - 2 qt
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Grease an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Alternately layer potatoes, bell pepper and onion. Combine remaining ingredients and pepper to taste. Pour over potato mixture; cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes or untilRecipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
