Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- big onion, chopped - 1 item
- can condensed tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, cooked until just done - 2 lb
- big bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce more if you like - 1 Tbsp
How to make copper pennies:
Mix sugar and oil. Add vinegar, soup and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over carrots, onion and pepper and let set for 2 hours or more. This will keep for several days.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
