- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- sticks butter - 2 item
- potatoes - 10 item
- slices bread - 2 item
- sprigs parsley - 6 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- corn flake crumbs - 1 item
- jar pimientos - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Potatoes should be boiled in skins, then peeled and cubed. Cover with next 5 ingredients. Remove crust and cube bread; mix with other ingredients. Melt margarine and pour over top. Let set for a minute. Pour milk over top and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
