  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk
  • cider vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • hard cooked eggs - 3 item
  • medium tomato, diced - 1 item
  • cup diced onion - 1/4 item
  • Dice remaining eggs

How to make creamy lettuce salad:

Cut one egg into wedges for garnish. Dice remaining eggs. In a salad bowl combine the greens, tomatoes, onion and diced eggs. After mixing dressing pour over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with egg wedges. Serve immediately.Topping:3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 3-4 Tbsp. milk2 Tbsp. sugar2 Tbsp. cider vinegar In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over the salad and toss to coat.
