- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- bread cubes 8 slices, crust optional - 4 c
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Cream butter with sugar. Beat in the eggs. Add crushed pineapple, juice and all. Add bread cubes and milk. Mix altogether and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drinks, Non Alcoholic.
