- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- soft cubes of bread - 4 c
- #2 can chunk pineapple - 1 item
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Beat eggs. Blend in sugar, oleo, and milk. Pour over pineapple cubes. Bake covered in ungreased 9 x 13 pan or 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish at 350°. Excellent side dish for ham or turkey.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drinks, Non Alcoholic.
