  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 pt
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • American cheese - 1/2 lb
  • stalks celery - 2 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • chicken - 1 item
  • dry bread cubes - 1 item
  • recipe homemade noodles - 1 item

How to make chicken noodle casserole:

Remove boiled chicken from bones; cool. Put back in stock. Bring to boil. Cook together until noodles are done. Beat eggs until fluffy, combine with milk and cheese to hot chicken and noodle mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute bread cubes in margarine. Add to casserole leaving some bread cubes for top. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake until brown or firm, about 1/2 hour at 350°.
