  • oyster liquor - 2 c
  • heavy cream - 2 c
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • celery salt - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item

How to make oyster stew:

Bring 1 cup of the oyster liquor to a boil and when it has cooked for 5 minutes, skim off the top, which will be foamy. Add the cream, butter and seasonings to taste. Cook the oysters in the other cup of liquor until the edges curl (about 5 minutes). St
