Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- crushed potato chips - 1/2 c
- creamed corn - 2 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Cover top with crushed chips. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
