- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- pinch of cream of tarter optional - 1 item
How to make meringue:
Beat egg whites with electric mixer. When they are frothy, add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time and cream of tarter. Beat until stiff. Stiff is when you turn off mixer and lift out of mixture the peaks stand up straight; if they do droop, beat a little longer.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Low fat, Condiments, etc..
