Baby lima beans with tomatoes and sage

- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- minced, fresh sage - 1 Tbsp
- head garlic, peeled and sliced - 1/2 item
- each boxes frozen baby lima beans - 2 oz
- diced tomatoes or 1 c
How to make baby lima beans with tomatoes and sage:
In a large, heavy-bottomed frying pan, combine garlic, oil and sage; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes or until the garlic begins to turn golden. Add the lima beans and tomatoes or tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the lima beans have absorbed most of the liquid. Season with pepper.Note: This dish is excellent as a vegetarian main course and tastes great with cornbread or herb bread.
