- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
How to make savory scrambled eggs:
Melt margarine in skillet over low heat. Add combined eggs, milk and seasonings; cook slowly, stirring until eggs begin to set. Add cream cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally until cream cheese is melted and eggs are cooked. Garnish with green onion slices and sprinkle with paprika if desired.Variation: Add chopped parsley, chives, green onion slices or crispy crumbled bacon as eggs begin to set.
