- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- oleo, softened but not melted - 1 lb
How to make icebox cookies:
It may not take that amount of flour so go carefully, mixing well. Make into 3 rolls. Wrap wax paper around each and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Cut into 1/2-inch slices and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400° about 10 minutes. Watch. Can refrigerate rolls of dough up to 1 month.Recipe categories: Desserts, Egg, Cookie and brownie.
