Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- cubed zucchini - 6 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Steam onion and zucchini for 5 minutes. Melt butter; mix with stuffing. Add sour cream and undiluted soup to zucchini and onion. Put half of the stuffing in a baking dish. add the zucchini and layer the remaining dressing on top. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
